16 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY 219 OFFICE OF THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL Chapter 27: RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE TENTS AND EQUIPMENT OF CIRCUSES AND TRAVELING AMUSEMENT SHOWS SUMMARY: This chapter contains information on the laws relating to and governing the regulations for traveling amusement shows and circuses. This chapter specifies rules and regulations relating to the tents and other equipment used by the amusement shows and circuses. It gives specific regulations as to location, structural requirements, flame resistance and fire hazard. 27.01 Location A. No tent or te
