General Guidelines Any Company or unit’s registration that is postmarked after the due date set forth by the Parade Committee will be assessed ? of a point per day until received. Registrations postmarked after the second deadline date set forth by the Parade committee will be assessed ? of a point per day until received and that company or unit will be placed at the end of the parade line-up. The Parade committee will record dates received upon receipt. All departments MUST have an officer in charge check in with the registration area, regardless of whether or not their units are being judged
