摘要 本次设计零件名称为汽车覆盖件侧围前连接板，从工艺性分析开始，设计的基本思路是根据工艺要求来确定的。在分析冲压变形过程以及冲压件质量影响因素的基础上，经过方案比较，选择一套复合模和两套单工序模来作为该零件生产模具设计的工艺方案。然后设计模具的工作部分，即凸、凸凹模及凹模的设计。包括典型零件的工艺分析、工艺方案制订、冲压工艺计算、冲模设计。 设计过程中涉及到冲压工艺性分析与工艺方案制定、排样设计、冲压件质量及影响因素、冲压力、间隙确定、刃口尺寸计算原则和方法、冲压典型结构、零部件设计及模具标准应用、冲模设计方法与步骤等。根据模具的装配原则，完成模具的装配，装配模具试冲通过试冲可以发现模具设计和制造的不足，并找出原因给予纠正，并对模具进行适当的调整和修理， 使本冲压模设计完全能生产出合格的零件。 关键词：汽车覆盖件 模具 工艺方案 The Design of Punching Die for Brake Accessory Abstract：The design part name for automobile panel side of front connection plate,starting from the technical analysis, the design of the basic idea is according to the technical requirements to determine. In the analysis of stampingdeformation process and affect the quality of stamping parts based on the factors, through comparing the two scheme, choose a set of compound dieand two sets of single process mode to process the design of mold partsproduction. The working part and mold design, namely the design of convex,concave convex die and the concave die. Including the typical parts of the process analysis, process plan, process calculation, stamping die design. The design process involves the stamping process analysis and process planning, layout design, the factors, stamping parts quality and impactpressure, gap determined, blade size calculation principle and method ofstamping, typical structure, standard application, component design and molddie design methods and steps. According to the principle of die assembly,complete mold assembly, assembly die stamping deficiencies can be found bystamping die design and manufacturing, and find out why to correct, and themold to make the appropriate adjustments and repairs, the stamping diedesign can produce qualified parts. Key words：Automotive covering parts；Process plan ； Die； 1. 绪 论 1.1 课题背景意义 本次设计的零件为汽车覆盖件，也是冲压件。冲压件指使用冲床以及模具对材料施加外力，使材料产生塑性变形或者分离，最后得到所需要的形状以及尺寸的工件的一种成形加工方法。 汽车作为一个重要的生产工业，汽车覆盖件的设计就对汽车行业有非常重要的作用。而且工业的基础行业就是模具行业，产品质量和市场的开发能力就是由它的技术水平决定的
