中小企业财务风险及其防范研究 摘要 近年来，我国中小企业发展迅速，在国民经济中的地位和作用日显重要。但随着经济全球化的发展，市场竞争日益加剧，中小企业在市场竞争中的财务风险不断加大，许多中小企业因为没有及时有效地解决财务危机而倒闭了。财务风险对中小企业的发展起了越来越重要的作用。因此有必要针对中小企业的特点，正确认识中小企业的财务风险对其进行防范， 是目前中小企业发展过程中迫切需要解决的问题。 本文以企业财务风险为研究对象，研究中小企业财务风险的防范问题，借鉴中西方有关中小企业财务风险的研究，从中小企业财务风险的基本理论开始，分析了中小企业财务风险产生的原因，提出风险防范的方法。 关键字：中小企业 财务风险 防范 Abstract In recent years, Chinas rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the position in national economy and the growing importance of the role of.
