This class is the second class hour in Step 2.
2) Analysis of the content: Step 2 Danger Zone is mainly a passage about temperature range in which we can keep food safety. In last lesson, we have learned the new words in Step 2, most of the students have already grasped the words. In this lesson students grasp the main idea of the passage and raise their reading skills primarily as well as listening and speaking skills.
3) Analysis of the students: The students are studying Business English in Grade Two in Longjiang Vocational and Technical School. All of them are interested in English and most of them can study hard in class. They have learned the words in Step 2 in last lesson and is going to learn the passage in Step 2. I have divided all the 45 students into nine groups at the beginning of the new term, and each of them has an English name. These nine groups often do class activities in classes.
4)Teaching Aims:
(1) Knowledge and abilities: Students learn that we can keep food safety in certain temperature range and know what the danger zone means. Students can generalize
