They are ordinary female, weak and suffering. The bondage of old times and the unequal of fate do not stop them from pursuing their dreams and marching towards the direction of happiness .However, they ended up with different results. The paper mainly deal with three characters:1) Tess created by Thomas hardy 2) Jane Eyre of charlotte Bronte , Charlotte Bronte is a famous female writer in Victorian Age. Elizabeth in pride and prejudice written by Jane Austin. Firstly, the paper tells the personality of the heroines briefly. Then it tries to find out the source of their personality from the viewpoint of the writer and their background.
