毕业设计(论文) 题目名称 蓝色贸易壁垒对浙江省纺织品出 口的影响及对策分析 系别 经济管理系 专业/班级 国贸08101 学生 林 健 学号 081013031109 指导教师 陈 刚  摘 要 蓝色贸易壁垒是继技术贸易壁垒，绿色贸易壁垒之后出现的以保护工人的劳工权益为主要内容的新贸易壁垒。该壁垒的核心SA8000标准被欧美的大部分国家强制推行，对发展中国家的出口贸易尤其是纺织业造成了严重的影响。中国作为最大的发展中国家，纺织品出口占据着重要的地位，然而随着我国经济不断发展，对外出口贸易不断攀升，中国在劳工这方面的问题日益暴露出它的不足，尤其是蓝色贸易壁垒大行其道的今天。浙江作为沿海经济强省，在纺织业这方面有着较其他地区无法比拟的优势，纺织业占出口贸易比重比其他行业其效益、优势尤为突出。但在巨大成就的背后我们不能无视存在的种种问题及不安因素，尤其是全球金融危机过后，各种问题也逐渐浮出水面。而近年来西方发达国家多次实施的蓝色壁垒严重的阻碍了浙江的对外贸易尤其是纺织业的出口贸易。 本文研究的主要内容是对浙江纺织业在蓝色壁垒下所受到的各种影响及其相应对策。利用图文法、文献法，对蓝色壁垒所能带来的各种因素和问题进行研究分析，从而提出一些对浙江纺织业如何应对蓝色壁垒的意见和措施，以促使浙江纺织业在蓝色壁垒下持续、健康、快速的发展。 关键词：蓝色壁垒；浙江纺织品；影响；对策分析  ABSTRACT The blue trade barrier is the technical trade barriers, green trade barrier after appearing to protect workers labor rights as the main content of the new trade barriers.
