58MW强制循环热水链条锅炉设计 摘要 我国城市集中供热事业得到了快速发展。大容量热水锅炉是城市集中供热的热源，选择大容量热水锅炉的原则应当是不仅保证在锅炉水质达标的情况下能够保证水动力的安全，而且对于水质稍差时也能保证锅炉的安全运行。大型链条炉排热水锅炉的炉型主要有单(双)锅筒水管式热水锅炉、水火管锅壳式热水锅炉和角管式热水锅炉三大系列，尽管这些炉型在运行中也都程度不同地出现过各种问题，但目前仍然是我国集中供热锅炉的主要炉型。本锅炉为强制循环热水锅炉，用于集中供热，热水经过中间换热站换热后向用户供暖。文章概括叙述了本锅炉的设计情况，包括锅炉的热平衡，锅炉本体的热力计算、烟道阻力计算等,并以链条炉的大型化发展作为专题研究。随着集中供热事业的发展，更多的大型链条炉排热水锅炉将被用于集中供热系统的主热源或调峰热源，如何选择大型链条炉排热水锅炉的结构形式和对锅炉容量进行合理配置，对于供热企业的节能安全运行及节能降耗具有着重要的现实意义。 关键词: 链条锅炉；集中供热；大型热水锅炉 58MW forced circulation hot water chain boiler design Abstract Chinas urban central heating has been the rapid development of the cause.
