中央电大护理学专业 本科生毕业科研论文 题目：术前护理干预对冠脉支架植入术患者的影响 学 生： 朱 元 红 指导老师： 梁 蓓 蓓 2012年11月17日 术前护理干预对冠状动脉支架植入术患者的影响 [摘 要] 目的：探讨术前护理干预对冠状动脉支架植入术（PCI）患者的影响。方法：选择2011年5月至2012年5月在我科住院的86例冠脉支架植入术患者为研究对象，观察组43例采取针对性的护理干预和健康指导，对照组43例，按常规方法进行护理和健康指导；采用Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）对两组患者进行评分；观察两组患者心率、血压变化及术后并发症。结果：护理干预后，观察组患者的SAS分值明显低于对照组（p0.05）；观察组患者的心率及收缩压明显低于对照组（p0.05）；观察组患者发生低血压、腹胀、腰部疼痛和排尿困难等并发症明显低于对照组（P0.05）。结论：对冠状动脉支架植入术的患者，进行有针对性的综合护理干预，能够增加术后患者的舒适度，有效的减少术后并发症的发生，提高患者的生活质量。 [关键词] 冠状动脉支架植入术；术前；护理干预； Effects of preoperative nursing intervention upon coronary artery stent implantation ( PCI ) patients [Abstract] Purpose: Discuss effects of preoperative nursing intervention upon coronary artery stent implantation (PCI) patients. Method: Research 86 cases of coronary artery stent implantation ( PCI ) patients in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2012. 43 cases as the observation group were operated by niche targeting nursing intervention and health guidance, and the other 43 cases as the control group were done by conventional method. Score two groups by Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and observe two groups’ heart rate, blood pressure changes and postoperative complications. Result: After nursing intervention, the observation group’s SAS values were obviously lower than the control group’s (p0.05), the observation group’s heart rate and Systolic blood pressure were significantly lower than the control group’s (p0.05), the complication possibility of hypotension, abdominal distention, waist ache, dysuria, etc. were obviously lower than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive niche targeting nursing intervention upon the coronary artery stent implantation ( PCI ) patients can increase patients’ comfort degree after operation, reduce possibilities of postoperative complications and improve their life quality.
