交通运输效能发展研究综述 摘要：运输效能是衡量运输系统运行状况及发展潜力的综合性指标，是提高现代交通运输发展业的核心。国内研究总体上处于评价性研究，深度有所欠缺；而国外学者在运输效能计量模型、算例实证等方面进行了深入分析。研究内容上国内学者主要集中于道路管理程序、智能交通系统、最优路径及综合运输体系四个方面；国外学者集中于多式联运、智能交通系统（ITS）及政府政策规划三个方面。国内外研究前沿的交叉点是综合运输即多式联运、智能交通系统（ITS），给日后深入研究交通运输效能提供了科学的研究方向和切入点。 关键字：运输效能；综合交通运输；智能交通系统；综述 Abstract:Transportation is a measure of the effectiveness of the integrated transport system health indicators and development potential, it is the core of modern transport development industry.
