毕业设计（论文）说明书 课题名称 柳州市龙城路西片区95号地块建筑方案设计 摘 要 基地位于柳州市的中心地块，发展较早，人口密集，建筑形式多样，情况复杂。地块周围分布着柳州最大的商业建筑群，第二中学、景行小学、建佳商城、青云市场、龙城路地下商城等多种形式的建筑，本项目将着力打造成这一地区集商业广场、商务酒店、高端写字楼、休闲娱乐配套四大功能为一体的一站式大型体验式商业中心，成为柳州市城中新的商业中心，与相邻的现有商业建筑群连为一体，共同发展。项目所处地理位置极其优越，交通便利，附近拥有中心广场、学校、医院、银行；商务办公、五星级酒店、高档饭店、高档居住区等多种城市功能和资源，为该项目的发展和实施起到了巨大的推动作用。此区域优越的地理位置与该项目合理的市场定位，将无疑成为本区域新的地标性建筑，打造成为城中区商业圈的名片式建筑。 。 Abstract Base is located in Liuzhou city at the center of the plot, development earlier, densely populated, building diversified and complicated.
