Mexican food is inseparable from corn and peppers. Corn food Spicy food Unique cactus dishes Rich food Love dringking Kinds of legumes（豆类） Plains area People live in a semi-nomadic （半游牧）life in the north and west Mexico,usually their food includes corn, beans, melons（甜瓜）,green leafy vegetables, cactus fruit, pine nuts（松子）, pumpkin, plum（李子） and so on. Torrid zone Southern Mexico coastal planting a wide variety of fruits and vegetables . No spicy no happiness A variety of peppers and color from red to dark brown. The finer size the more spicy. Mexican dishes including appetizers, soups, entrees and desserts ，among those soups are more light and the main course is hot and sour；Mexican food does not stick to table manners ，you can use hands when you eat which can fully reflect the nation’s forthright. Tortilla,one of the hallmarks of Mexican food, is similar to Chinese spring rolls.
