Software engineering theory and methods as a guide to product architecture, design and development the system which can be modified, be available, be maintainabile and be reusabile.The system can not only record house information ,user information, but also be able to automatically find and match houses which users need, customers feel convenient at the same time improving the quality and efficiency of the user.
