摘 要 铸轧机的铸轧过程是靠铝熔体的静压力作用，通过前箱与供料嘴将液态金属输送到被冷却的两个轧辊之间，使液态金属快速凝固结晶，结晶后的固态金属铝被转动的铸轧辊咬入，并给以一定的轧制加工率，经受一定量的变形，连续轧制出板卷坯料。随着铸轧机产业化演进，关键技术环节的突破，铸轧机的运用将更加广泛与深入。我国在铸轧机领域的研究起步较晚，无论在铸轧理论方面，还是在铸轧技术方面，与工业发达国家相比还有一定的差距。为了知道铸轧机轧制出优质铝板的最优条件，设计制造一台可以进行实际生产的铸轧机，并以之进行科学实验。本文详细介绍了铸轧机的工作原理和设计要求，对铸轧机的各种铸轧设备也作了简要介绍。主要工作如下： 1、根据铸轧机的功能要求，设计铸轧机的轧辊部分机械结构； 2、根据铸轧机的结构设计要求和设计参数，对轧辊部分进行强度或刚度校核； 3、对与轧制相关联的部分的结构作简要介绍，必要时进行计算校核。 关键词： 铸轧机 轧辊 铝板 机械设计  ABSTRACT Cast-rolling machine by aluminum roll casting process is melt of static pressure effect, through the former box and material feeding his mouth the liquid metal transport to be the cooling of the two roll between, make liquid metal rapid solidification, crystallization of solid metal aluminum after casting roller are rolled into the bite, and given certain rolling processing, after a certain amount of deformation, continuous rolling out plate roll blank.
