Shanghai Shenbo Information Systems Engineering Co., Ltd About Shenbo Invested by Shipbuilding Technology Research Institute (STRI) of the China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC), Shanghai Shenbo Information Systems Engineering Co., Ltd. (Shenbo) was established in 1999 on the basis of Applied Software Development Centre (ASDC) of CSSC (one of the largest shipbuilding groups in China). Shenbo ,with joint development of the Shanghai Shipyard CO., Ltd., provides AutoCAD based 3D CAD/CAM system (SB3DS) for production of ships with unique database and parametric facilities. Shenbo provides a wide range of design, work preparation services based on 30-year shipbuilding experience and know-how. The recent 10 years, Shenbo for the majority of users at home and abroad to provide a ship design services, completed more than 40 projects. Shenbo will undertake all types of ship hull, piping, cables, outfitting and other production design service projects. Include : Line Fairing, Structure lines Generating, Shell Expansion, Parts Generating and 3D Display, Parts Nesting, Processing Information Calculating, Shipping piping, duct, cable, equipment, Outfitting integrated pieces lofting kinds of work generation. SHIPBUILDING 3D DESIGN SYSTEM (SB3DS) SB3DS offers a complete shipbuilding solution for hull, piping, HVAC, electrical and outfitting structures in a vessel and generate all necessary production information. It is easy to learn and implement. There are 70 SB3DS customers ,including several large Chinese shipyards and oversea customers in Vietnam, Belgium, Netherlands and Thailand. SB3DS is designed to nicely integrated with AutoCAD to ensure user-friendliness and easy training.SB3DS is supported by external database. It is a truly database-driven 3D CAD/CAM system.
