At first, the paper introduces the fire pump technology origin and development trend, fire pump control system hardware composition and the fire pump installation points; and PLC detailed introduction of the basic concept, development trend and working principle. Finally, the PLC were selection and PLC of fire pump control software design, including the control circuit diagram, ladder diagram, programming and so on.
