METHODS: CalceinAM stained H9/HIV1ⅢB cells were treated with serially diluted CHN injection, then cocultured with target cells MT2, and HIV1mediated cell fusion was observed under a fluorescent microscope. The protective effect of CHN on HIV1infected cells was determined by
