毕业论文 太原市兴华街精品服装城员工休闲体育消费现状与对策研究 专业名称： 经济学 班 级： 12级经济双学位 学生姓名： 裴一韦 学 号： 54 指导教师： 王峰 二零一六年六月  摘 要 伴随着科技水平的日益发展随之而带来的是工人以及工人家庭收入的增长和消费水平的提高。目前人们的生活比例正在从原来的物质需求比精神需求多逐渐变成精神需求占绝大比例。生活水平的提高导致人们对身体健康程度的重视，工作学习的压力导致人们更加向往自由。 本文以兴华街精品服装城职工为例，使用以下几种方法来调查分析精品服装城职工的体育消费现状。其中包括实地调查、问卷调查、以及数据统计调查等方法。其中问卷调查是最直接、最有效、最直观的调查方法。 通过对精品服装城职工休闲体育消费的调查，了解到目前职工对精神需求的比例有很大提高。从消费内容上可以看出男性基本以购买实物和场馆收费为主，而女性则以场馆收费为主要内容。而且他们选择的消费场所基本都是一些免费的公园、学校等场所，一少部分职工选择收费的体育馆。大多数人参加休闲体育消费的目的都是强身健体，但是经济来源也是影响员工参加休闲体育消费的一个重要因素。 关键词：职工；休闲体育消费  Abstract With the increasing development of science and technology, it brings about the increase of the income of workers and workers as well as the increase of the consumption level.
