DRAFT COMPLIANCE GUIDELINES FOR READY-TO-EAT MEAT AND POULTRY PRODUCTS On February 27, 2001, FSIS published a proposed rule ``Performance Standards for the Production of Processed Meat and Poultry Products (66 FR 12590).
