He has had recurrent and at times severely abdominal pain for past 3 years. Each time he took aluminum hydroxide with symptom relief. Recent 2 weeks the pain waked him up at midnight. After eating some cakes, the pain could be relieved. He has taken NSAIDs for three weeks for treatment of arthritis. His family history is unremarkable. PE: There was moderate epigastric tender
