舍弗勒供应链进出口流程问题对策毕业论文.doc

摘要 随着经济发展，越来越多的企业开始认识到供应链的重要性，把供应链战略发展当作企业的第三利润源。目前我国的供应链技术发展尚不成熟，缺乏规范的管理机制，需要不断的探索改进，而进出口部门在制造型企的供应链环节中发挥着重要作用。 通过对舍弗勒（中国）有限公司目前供应链中进出口流程的分析，发现其中存在的问题，寻求改进策略，使进出口流程更完善，希望借此为舍弗勒进出口流程的发展提供借鉴思路，加速进出口流程发展，提高企业运作效率，降低企业运营成本。本课题的研究从硬件与软件同时着手，包括公司系统、流程是否合理，人员配置是否匹配，各职能部门办事效率。针对其中进出口所参与从每一个环节找出问题，并参考各供应链学术文献来论证有些见解。 这篇论文主要由五部分组成，第一部分介绍了供应链管理的含义、发展现状以及供应链管理中进出口的重要性；第二部分则是介绍了舍弗勒的概况，舍弗勒进出口部门的分工以及目前的进出口流程；第三部分分析了目前进出口流程中存在的问题和不足；第四部分则是针对这些问题提出一些改进意见；最终做出总结。目前进出口流程管理部分依然在发展、探索阶段，存在许多问题和不足，但却有较大的发展空间，有出口流程的优化能够有效提高企业的核心竞争力。 关键词：进出口流程；供应链；问题；发展；竞争力 Abstract With the development of economy, more and more enterprises begin to realize the importance of supply chain, the supply chain strategic development as the companys third profit source. At present, the supply chain technology development in our country is still immature, the lack of management system standard.So we need to constantly explore the improvement. On other hand, the department of the import and export plays an important role in the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises. During my internship at the Schaeffler (China) Co., Ltd. I found some problems when analying the import and export in supply chain that time. So we had to improve strategy, make the import and export process more perfect,so that providing reference ideas for development to Schaeffler import and export process, accelerating the development of import and export processes, improving enterprise operational efficiency, reducing the cost of operating. From the start of hardware and software We discuessed the system, the procedure, the strffing and the efficiency of functional department of this company .We had to find out the problems from every tatch between the import and export so that could proof them .
