针刺结合Mckenzie疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察 姜拯坤 （湖北省襄阳市中医医院推拿科，湖北 襄阳 441000） 摘要 目的：观察针刺结合Mckenzie疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床疗效，探讨针刺结合Mckenzie疗法治疗LDH的优势、可行性及临床研究意义，为临床腰椎间盘突出症患者提供最佳的治疗方案。方法：将60例采用常规针刺治疗，然后加以Mckenzie治疗。治疗两个疗程后观察即时疗效。分别在治疗前和治疗后对VAS，JOA,腰椎间盘突出症疗效评定标准作为评判标准进行前后对比。结果：治疗前后患者在VAS评分及JOA评分中有显著改善，疼痛及腰椎活动度明显好转。同时临床有效率为91.67%。结论：针刺结合Mckenzie疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切，操作简单，值得临床广泛推广。 关键词：Mckenzie疗法，针刺治疗，腰椎间盘突出症 The curative effect of acupuncture combined with Mckenzie therapy to treat lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Acupuncture accompanied by Mckenzie therapy on LHD; to research the advantages, feasibility and the clinical research significance of Acupuncture accompanied by Mckenzie therapy on LHD; to work out the best treatment for LHD patients.Methods: 60 patients with normal acupuncture therapy, then to Mckenzie therapy. Watch instant curative effect after two courses of treatment. Respectively before and after treatment of VAS, JOA, therapeutic effect evaluation standard of lumbar disc disease as the judging standard before and after comparison .Results: Patients before and after treatment in the VAS score and the JOA score improved significantly, pain and lumbar activity improved markedly. At the same time the clinical effective rate was 88.33%.Conclusion: Exactly curative effect of acupuncture combined with Mckenzie therapy to treat lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, simple operation, is worth clinical popularizing widely. Key words: Mckenzie therapy; Needling acupuncture treatment; Lumber Disc Hemiation 腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）又称为“腰椎间盘纤维环破裂症”， 本病是由于腰椎间盘纤维环破裂，突出的髓核压迫到脊神经根或硬膜囊，引起腰腿痛、下肢麻木、腰部活动受限等一系列临床症状。是临床常见疾病，发作时以腰部及下肢剧烈疼痛为其主要症状，严重影响患者的生活质量[1]。据统计，近80%的人一生中或轻或重曾患下腰痛，这严重影响患者的生活质量，其中腰腿痛病人中的18%为LDH所致,10%-20%的LDH患者需手术治疗,80%-90%的患者可通过保守治疗使病情得到控制[2]。针灸作为祖国传统医学的重要组成部分，近年来被更广泛的应用于临床各科疾病，在治疗腰椎间盘突出症的过程中，扮演着极其重要的作用。然而单纯的针刺治疗效应持续时间往往较短，并且日后容易复发，笔者通过临床观察和查阅资料，发现Mckenzie 疗法配合针刺治疗能更好的治疗腰椎间盘突出症。现报道如下。 1临床资料 60例患者均为襄阳市中医医院筋伤推拿科2012年5月
