大长山桥施工图设计 摘要 本设计是大长山桥施工图设计,依据适用、经济、安全、美观的原则，本桥采用预应力混凝土连续刚构桥，全桥长143m，跨径布置为: 37m+69m+37m。 桥面净宽12m。地质情况：桥位处地质良好，1至4米不等的坡积层为石英云母片岩残积砂质粘性土，碎块状强风化石英云母片岩。坡积层下面是微风化石英云母片岩，弱风化石英云母片岩，石英片岩。无不良地质构造。无通航要求。 本文主要阐述了该桥的设计和计算过程。首先进行桥型方案比选，对全桥进行总体结构设计，然后对上部结构进行内力、配筋计算，强度、应力及变形验算。 具体包括以下几个部分：桥型方案比选；桥型布置，结构各部分尺寸拟定；选取计算结构简图；恒载内力计算；活载内力计算；荷载组合；配筋计算；预应力损失计算；截面强度验算；截面应力及变形验算；施工图设计。 关键词：连续刚构桥；设计；计算；施工图；公桥规范  THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWING DESIGN FORTHE DA CHANGSHAN BRIDGE ABSTRACT This design and calculation report is about the Third Chenxi Bridge. According to the principles of being suitable, economic, safe and beautiful, this design adopts prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge. The over all length of the bridge is 143 meters. Geological condition: there is a comparatively good geological condition around this bridge location. There is no bad geological formation. The hillside waste with the thickness of roughly 1m to 4m is quartz scale mica rock sedentary sandy viscous soil and paltry massive strong weathering quartz scale mica rock. This report focuses on the design and calculation process of the bridge. Firstly， a best scheme from several bridge types are compared and chosen. And an overall structure design of the main span is made. Secondly the calculation of the inner force and reinforcing bar on the superstructure is done. Thirdly, the intensity, stress and deflection are checked. The main points of the design are as the follows. 1.The comparison of several bridge types. 2.The arrangement of the bridge, and the size of the structure. 3.The finite element simulation of the structure. 4.The calculation of the inner force of dead load. 5.The calculation of the inner force of live load. 6.The combination for action effects. 7.The arrangement of the prestressed reinforcing bar. 8.The calculation of the prestressed loss. 9.The check of the section intensity. 10.The check of the section stress. 11.Drawing of the construction drawing.
