A large number of industrial emissions into the atmosphere,is bound to the atmospheric environment quality and bring serious harm to human health.This design uses a packed-type washing of sodium hydroxide and activated carbon fixed bed adsorption system of industrial organic waste gas purification.Choosing packed-type absorber, the disturbances between the gas-liquid is violented,absorption of small resistance, absorption of high efficiency, stable operation, and appropriate flexibility.Moreover the project choose activated carbon as sorbent, which has large adsorption ability and low resistance. This design is designed of five parts,including collection of organic waste gas、processing of rganic waste gas、design and calculation of the connection pipe、design of auxiliary equipment and mapping of the relevant designIt also describes the current Status and hazards of organic pollution emissions,processing process and principles,A variety of related standard rules,and the selection and size calculation of equipment and brief introduction to the regeneration of activated carbon.
