This paper introduces the e-business industry, combining with some basic status of e-commerce industry characteristics and KuBa storage center of the situation analysis, focusing on the analysis storage center material flow rate, using ABC classification, system layout design (SLP) method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the method KuBa technology storage center decorate afresh, and the new layout design scheme is evaluated. This makes KuBa storage center for certain optimization to improve storage center’s operating efficiency, for enterprise increases the income.
