The financial crisis and global recession that caused by the USA makes original difficulty of financing of private enterprise more icing on the cake. Faced with problems of the current global financial crisis of Wenzhou private enterprises under the financing status, this paper proposes the following aspects: the government, the bank guarantee agencies and enterprise itself, the four perspectives of Wenzhou private enterprises reveals the difficulty of financing problems. In order to break through this current situation, this paper proposes the following solution to release the privately managed enterprise of Wenzhou: accelerate enterprise transformation, deepen the bank system reform, the development of local small and medium sized, establishing private enterprise financing guarantee system, financial institutions, strengthen the function of government.
