中国民营经济可持续发展的理论与实践探讨 摘 要 中国民营经济经过二十年左右时间的发展，已经成长为中国经济的重要组成部分。截止到2005年，内资民营经济在GDP中的比重约49.7%；“十五”期间，民营经济在二、三产业的就业人数净增7000万人创造的就业，国企“减员增效”的2005年企业税收达2000年的6.3倍在不少地方，民营经济税收占地方财政收入的比重已经超过60%，成为地方的财源主体’ development. Up to year 2005, the GDP of locals in Non-governmental Economy occupied 49.7%; In the term of “The Fifth’s Five”, employees for non-governmental enterprises added 70 Million people, and helped a lot for state-owned enterprises to implement “Cutting employee increasing profits”. The tax from Non-governmental Economy in 2005 got 6.3 times of Year 2000 and has been the main element about income of their fiscal year for some local government with the weight over 60%. It will give more contribution to China socialistic economical construction while Non-governmental Economy itself keep developing implementing sustainable development. But in the mean time, China Non-governmental Economy is facing Globalization Sustainable Development so that it need to be enhanced for their own competition capability, and need to be considered to natural environment in the beginning of their development. This is a difficult and exigent project, since the tidal wave of international annex after economical globalization let them got the bad result, and the new policy under the limits of Sustainable Development to natural environment also hit them surprised, China Non-governmental Economy cannot wait even one minute for sustainable development. However, lots of problems still exist. Text will try to give the question and answer about sustainable development of China non-governmental Economy, and help to solve these issues. Presently lots of scholars liked to research one part of the issues, and this article eager to discuss more problems about sustainable development of China non-governmental economy.
