Under the condition of market economy, due to competition and the growing risks, accounting the objective economic environment of increasingly high degree of uncertainty, to investment as the main users of accounting information more attention to reveal, the risk associated with uncertain information and thus, prudence principle has become the principle of relevance and reliability the quality characteristics of accounting information disclosure amendments.
