选矿毕业设计说明书解析
摘要
本设计是根据给定铁矿的矿石性质和选矿试验结果进行的选矿厂工艺初步设计,选矿厂设计规模为万吨/年。根据所给矿石的性质、选矿试验的结果及选矿厂的实践经验进行了工艺流程的选择设计规模为万吨/年选矿厂初步设计。
工艺流程一段开路自磨,二段闭路球磨,螺旋分级机分级,磁选如最终铁精矿含硫量超标,则三磁精矿自流至搅拌槽,加药后给入浮选机反浮选脱硫,浓缩磁选精矿,精矿经过滤最终铁精矿。铁精矿品位6.0%,含硫量0.29%,回收率%,投资回收期2.59年。浮选流程为一粗选两精选一扫选,硫精矿经浓缩压滤得到最终产品硫精矿品位35%,回收率49.%。
设计内容包括流程设计计算主要设备选择和相关设计图纸的绘制。

The designing scale of this Iron Ore beneficiation plant is 350 million tons per year. According to the nature of iron ore, the results of beneficiation tests and the experience of concentrator and the other similar concentrators given by Bei minghe Iron Ore Concentrating Mill,the design calculate and select the process technology and equipments, complete related design drawings, and finally, finish the first step design of Bei minghe iron mine concentrator.
The design and computation of process, the selection of major equipments and the accomplishment of related design drawings are included in this design of iron mine concentrator. In the design, the grinding process adopts first segment open auto-grinding and second segment closed circuit grinding of ball mill. After classified by spiral classifiers, pulp overflows to syrup pond, pumping to magnetic separators, and has three magnetic separations. Then the design should measure the sulphur containing. If it exceeds the provision mark, anti-flotation is necessary to decrease it. Then after concentrating and fitrating the iron concentrates,the design will obtain the final product. The iron grade of concentrate is about 67.0%, the sulphur grade is 0.29%, and the recovery is about 86.26% and the payback period is 2.59 years.Besides, after magnetic separation of the tailings, the design can get secondary products of iron concentrates whose grade is about 40% and recovery is 4.41%.
The floating process includes one rougher, two cleaners and one scavenger; the pulp concentrating sulphur ore is condensed and filtrated. The grade of sulphur concentrate is about 35%, and the recovery is about 49.11%.
