On the basis of analysing the structure and the process characteristics of the distributing valve’s cover,it definites the type and size of rough,draws out processing route,uses numeration and querying method to definite the machining allowance of surface,and counts machining data of evey process,so it draws out a set of the produtiong process of distributing valve’s cover.After completing the production process,it designs the lathe fixture and calculation
