The importance of oil on the economic construction , decided the oil companies are on the important position in the national economy. Because the competition ability of oil enterprise bases on their oil production and the comprehensive management level, so the output of oil Wells measurement is of great significance. The basic goal of oil well measurement work is accurate measurement of the oil well production on time,change control in time and analyse the oil well production situation according to the production, which has important guiding significance for making the production plan and raise the level of management. At present, the conventional methods of oil production measurement are affected largely by environmental, and cannot realize continuously and automatically measure many oil wells,so as to solve this problem, this article puts forward a new measurement solutions. This new measurement schemes can automatically choose an oil well measurement, and can eliminate the effects of heavy oil bond. This paper mainly completed work are as follows: Firstly, it compared the advantages and disadvantages of measuring technology and method related to the oil f
