南方医科大学本科专业教学大纲 儿童口腔医学 Pediatric Dentistry 适用专业: 口腔医学专业（五年制本科） 执笔人：王立超 审定人：吴补领 学院负责人：耿仁文 南方医科大学教务处 二○○六年十二月 一、课程简介 儿童口腔医学是研究自胎儿至青少年这一时期，小儿牙颌系统的生长发育、保健和疾病防治的医学科学。它服务的对象是18岁以下的儿童、青少年。??? 儿童时期颌面部、口腔及牙齿处在生长发育阶段，不论在解剖上、生理上都具有其特点，疾病的发生与发展及诊断治疗也有特点。学生必须了解并掌握这些特点，才能对儿童牙颌系统的疾病作出正确诊断和治疗设计。同时，还应掌握儿童口腔疾病的治疗、预防所必须的操作技能。此外，还应了解儿童心理行为的发育，掌握接待儿童的方法。???? 本大纲内容有儿童口腔医学概论、生长发育、牙的解剖形态与组织机构特点、牙齿发育异常、龋病、儿童牙髓病根尖病、儿童前牙外伤、咬合诱导、乳牙和年轻恒牙的拔除。儿童口腔医学教学按排和时间分配是：总学时2学时，其中包括系统理论课14学时,实验课学时。Pediatric dentistry is a branch of stomatology .It is a subject studying the growth and development of the face and dental arches , oral health care and dental diseases prevention of children. The pediatric patient age may begin at 18 months and continue until somewhere around the age of 18. In the period of children and adolescence, face and dental arches is growing and developing. Not only in anatomy and physiology but also in the development and treatment of diseases, children have different features from adults’. Students should know the difference and master the fundamental techniques of dental diagnosis and treatment. In addition, the children’s psychological feature and behavioural pattern during dental treatment are also important. The main contents of this outline are as follows: Introduction of pediatric dentistry; Growth and development of the face and dental arches; Development ,morphology and histology of the primary teeth; Developmental abnormality of the teeth; Dental caries in the child; Pediatric endodontics; Dental injuries in children and adolescence; Occlusive Guidance; Extraction of primary and Young Permanent Teeth. This course have totally 20 class hours including 14 class hours of theory lectures and 6 of experiment. It costs 1 credit. 二、教学内容与要求 第一章 儿童牙病概熟悉：儿童牙病的范畴 儿童牙病诊治特点 了解：儿童心理行为的发育 接待儿童的方法 第二章 儿童生长发育掌握：牙齿萌出时间和萌出顺序????? 根发育完成时间????? 牙列的临床分期熟悉：牙齿发育分期及萌出机理了解：颅面骨骼和牙列的生长发育特点 生长发育的评价与研究方法掌握：乳、恒牙的鉴别年轻恒牙的特点乳牙牙根的稳定期熟悉：乳牙根吸收方式与脱落
