[摘要] 本文介绍了由西门子S7-200PLC控制的六层电梯模型的结构、实现的功能以及西门子S7-200PLC的I/O接口分配和对电梯系统的程序设计等。通过对六层电梯控制系统的流程设计，完成了控制开关门操作和在运行模式下的呼叫提示、上下运动、启动、延时2s关门、平层泊车、开轿厢门、信号排队等控制性能。经过编写程序软件、安装硬件以及与六层双部电梯模型的联调，使得六层电梯模型能够在运转的过程中显明的表现出来。使用两台西门子S7-200PLC作为控制器交替和计算机通信结合到电梯的控制系统中去。采用MCGS组态作为上位机监控电梯运行，出现故障报警，实时数据存盘。主要实现的功能：双部并联控制、保持开门时间2S控制、本层厅外开门、门开到位后会延时2S关门、开门按钮开门、 换站停靠、轿内照明控制、层楼显示字符设置、显示器、超载保护、门缝防夹保护、上下楼标示，脉宽调速（PWM）。 [关键词] 西门子S7-200PLC；六层电梯；双部并联；MCGS组态；脉宽调速 Abstract: This article describes the six-layer structure parallel lift for double unit, the functions and Siemens S7-200PLC of I / O interfaces are assigned to the elevator system and program design.We have completed a lot of features through six elevator control system process design, such as through a control switch door operation and call tips in run mode, the up and down movement, start delay 2s close, leveling parking, open car door The signal wait in line.
