南京信息职业技术学院 毕业设计论文 题目 手工焊接技术的分析 作者 学号 系部 机电学院 专业 电子组装技术与设备（通讯设备制造） 指导教师 评阅教师 完成时间： 2016 年 5 月 18 日 毕业设计(论文)中文摘要 题目：手工焊接技术的分析 摘要：随着电子技术的迅速发展，在批量生产中已较少采用手工焊接技术，但由于手工焊接技术灵活性高、适用性广等特点，在电子产品的维修、调试中不可避免的还会用到手工焊接。在实际操作过程中，由于技术的迅速发展，手工焊接的难度越来越大。在操作中，稍有不慎就会损伤元器件，或引起焊接故障，从而导致焊接失败，电路无法正常运行。因此，手工焊接作为一名电子工程技术人员的基本技能，必须熟练掌握。 本文首先介绍了手工焊接技术的基本知识；进而详细分析了手工焊接的工艺过程；接着概述了常用元器件的焊接方法；最后分析了影响焊接质量的主要因素，并对常见的焊接缺陷提出了相应的解决措施。 关键词：手工焊接 焊接工艺 焊接方法 质量分析 毕业设计(论文)外文摘要 Title : Analysis of manual welding technology Abstract:With the rapid development of electronic technology, mass production of electronic products has been less manual welding, but in the maintenance of electronic products, debugging, it is inevitable that the use of manual welding. Manual welding in the operation of a slight mistake will damage the components, or cause welding defects, which led to the failure of welding, the circuit can not be normal operation. Therefore, manual welding as an electronic engineering and technical personnel of the basic skills must be mastered. At first, this paper introduces the basic knowledge of manual welding technique, and manual welding process are analyzed in detail. Then an overview of commonly used components welding method; the analysis of the influence of the welding quality of main factors, and the common welding defects and put forward the corresponding solutions.
