摘 要 嘉兴是浙江产业聚集比较发达的地区，产业聚集的出现降低了生产商和出口商的生产和运输成本，大幅度地提高了产品生产率，从而促进了对外贸易。但是随着嘉兴产业聚集区的逐渐发展，外贸依存度的不断上升，给嘉兴的聚集产业带来了风险。本文首先对国内外相关文献进行了回顾总结，然后对嘉兴产业聚集区的现状进行了阐述，接着对嘉兴产业聚集下的外贸依存度进行了分析，得出了嘉兴聚集产业对外贸易依存度很高的结论，分析了其给嘉兴聚集产业带来的风险，最后提出了相关结论及政策建议。 关键词 ABSTRACT Jiaxing is one of the most developed district of industry agglomeration in Zhejiang.
