冠修复后食物嵌塞原因分析与防治探索 戴文平 【摘要】目的：探讨分析后牙全冠修复后出现食物嵌塞的原因及研究如何防治食物嵌塞的临床措施。方法：本文收集整理2008年2月～2011年2月间经本科室做全冠修复后出现食物嵌塞的64例患者临床资料进行回顾分析。结果：本文所选病例进行再次修复后，经过8个月～16个月观察。重新治疗后，64例患者中，48例未出现食物嵌塞（75%）；12例仍有轻微嵌塞（18.75%）；4例患者仍然出现食物嵌塞（6.25%），其中总有效率为93.75%。结论：食物嵌塞在临床上表现为牙或者修复体邻接面之间出现食物滞留或者嵌入的现象，这也是引起患者出现牙周组织炎症或者破坏的主要原因之一。在进行全冠修复时不仅需要注重解剖外形恢复及适宜的邻接关系，还需预留食物溢出道，只有这样才能有效降低在全冠修复后出现食物嵌塞现象的机率，进而提高临床全冠修复的疗效。 【关键字】全冠修复；食物嵌塞；原因；防治 [ Abstract ] Objective: To explore the analysis of full crown of posterior tooth appeared after the reason of food impaction and study how to prevent food impaction clinical measures. Methods: This article will collect in 2009February ~ 2011December the Department to do full crown restoration after the onset of food impaction of 64 patients clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: the selected cases were clinically after treatment, then the case after 8to 16 months after the observation period, again after treatment of the 64patients,48 cases without any food impaction (75% );12 patients still have minor impaction (18.75%);4 patients are still appear ( food impaction6.25%), in which the total efficiency of 93.75%. Conclusion: food impaction in a clinically mainly in the tooth or restoration of interproximal appearance retention of food or embedded phenomenon, which is caused by patients with periodontal inflammation or one of the main failure reasons. In full crown restoration not only needs to pay attention to the appropriate adjustable grinding, in addition to advance reserve food spillage, only in this way can effectively reduce the full crown restoration after food impaction phenomenon of probability, and then improve the clinical crown repair efficiency.
