摘 要 电子商务是网络技术应用的全新发展方向。Internet本身所具有的开放性、全球性、低成本、高效率的特点,使电子商务将成为人类信息世界的核心,大力发展电子商务,对于国家以信息化带动工业化的战略,实现跨越式发展,增强国家竞争力,具有十分重要的战略意义。 随着计算机与网络技术的普及与发展,电子商务迅速崛起,我国的电子商务得到很大的发展，也越来越引起社会各界的关注，但我国的电子商务还仅仅处于初级阶段，在发展过程之中也存在着许多问题，促进我国电子商务不断改进和完善，研究探讨我国的电子商务现状和制定实施恰当的电子商务的政策问题就十分迫切。 本文主要分析了我国电子商务发展的现状,存在的问题,发展趋势，其中涉及了电子商务系统的技术、安全问题、面临的问题和解决方案，着重分析了电子商务在未来的巨大前景及其影响，并对电子商务发展前景提出了自己的见解。 关键字：中国电子商务；面临问题；电子商务技术；安全问题 Abstract E-commerce is a new network technology development.
