制约宁洱县农村体育发展的因素分析及对策研究 摘要 ：本文通过文献资料、访问调查等研究方法，对宁洱县农村体育发展的现状及制约因素进行研究，并提出相应对策。研究认为宁洱县农村体育的发展得到了进一步的重视和加强，但是，由于整体农村经济基础薄弱影响投入；宁洱县农村体育场地设施缺乏；闲暇时间有限；健身意识淡薄；地理条件限制等因素的制约，宁洱县农村体育的发展仍然落后于经济发展。结合宁洱县的实际情况，提出了：发展农村经济，加大对农村体育的投资力度；农村既需要体育的输入，也需要体育的融入；重视农村学校体育的发展；开展提高村民健身意识的教育宣传活动；相关部门应组织和引导农村体育活动的积极开展等对策，希望能为宁洱县农村体育的发展提供参考。 关键词：宁洱县；农村体育；发展；因素；对策 Research for Factors that Restrain the Sports Development In Rural Areas of Ning’er County Abstract:This essay mainly studies the present situation and the restraints of the sports development in the rural areas of Ning’er County ,and also provides some correspondent countermeasures for the local government. The research shows that the sports development in rural areas of Ning’er County has been attached further importance to and strengthened, however, this development is still far behind the economic development because of such factors as : The economic base of this whole rural area is too weak to support the sports development ;the places and facilities for sports activities are in shortage; the leisure time for residents to do exercise is quite limited; the villagers’ realization of bodybuilding is light and weak; the limits of geographic conditions. So according to the local facts of Ning’er County, here offers some pieces of advices to improve the poor situation: Related government should quicken the economic development in rural areas and increase the expenditure for sports; both the input and participants of sports are needed in rural areas; value the sports development in rural schools; hold educational promotion activities that can help villagers gain the sense of bodybuilding; related department should actively organize and lead the people to hold the sports activities in rural areas. I hope those ideas can be helpful to the future sports development in rural areas in Ning’er County.
