GREAT ??? EXCELLENT ??? EXCEPTIONAL – that’s it Customer Service CUSTOMER CONTACT IS A MOMENT OF TRUTH When “customers” first meet us they immediately form opinions about us and our organization. Those impressions include things about character, efficiency, and friendliness.
