摘 要 本设计新井为双鸭山矿业集团东荣一矿3.0Mt/a的新井设计，共有3层可采煤层，平均厚度为6.62m。该井田的可采储量为385.86Mt。服务年限为66a,划分两个水平开采。井田平均走向长10500m，平均倾斜长6000m，煤层平均倾角8°，属于缓倾斜煤层。 本设计矿井采用双立井的开拓方式，集中大巷布置方式。共划分14个带区，其中首采带区为1个，达产工作面2个。本设计带区为左二带区，年工作日为330天，采用“四、六”式工作制，工作面长为240m，每刀进度为0.8m，每日割九刀。 提升设备为主井采用箕斗提升，副井采用罐笼提升。 由于井田倾斜长度较大，且为缓倾斜煤层，以及煤层地质条件等因素影响，决定本井田内全部采用倾斜长壁采煤法开采，工作面采用综合机械化采煤。 由于本人知识有限和仅仅三个月的时间，因此，本设计中难免会出现一些问题，请各位专家老师不吝提出和指正，我将虚心接受。 关键词 矿井开拓 采煤工艺 倾斜长壁开采法 Abstract The task of this design is to construct a 3.0million tons new shaft for Dongrong Num 1， Shuangyashan Mining Administration. This coalfield has three coal seams, and its average thickness is 6.62 meters. The capacity of this designed coalfield is 385.86 million tons. It can adapt for 66 years, and is divided into two levels. The average lengthway of this coalfield is 10500 ms, inclined length is 6000ms, and the average inclined angle coal seam is 8°, belongs to the slant coal seam. The mine development type of the new Dongrong Num 1 shaft adopts two vertical portal,main line system are plande together.The coalfield is divided into 14 zones,arranged two working faces can attain the 3.0 million tons yield. This designed zone is Left Two,works 330 days every year, adapts “four-six” work form, the length of its working face is 240meters long,one circle is 0.8meters, and works 9 times one day. The main shaft adopts skip hoisting system,the other uses cage. For the inclined length of this coalfield is long, also is the easy gradient coal bed, and the influence of the coalfield geological condition,so I decided to use completely inclined longwall mining coal method, working face completely for synthesis mechanization mining coal system. Because my limit working ability and the only three months time, there must be lots of faults in this design.
