Through the analysis of the factors, this paper puts forward corresponding and feasible solutions about the students’ extracurricular time problems to enrich the life of college students’ extracurricular time and to improve the quality of college students’ extracurricular time life. Along with the enhancement of college students’ independent consciousness and the increasing of the extracurricular time gradually, the attitude towards the extracurricular time arrangement and how to use the extracurricular time have presented diversified trends. At the same time, the quality of the extracurricular time is also constantly falling, that has seriously affected college students’ learning, and even caused the deviant behavior of students.
