杨凌示范区土地利用动态变化分析 作者：刘英 指导老师：李世平 （刘英：西北农林科技大学经济管理学院06级研究生，陕西 杨凌 712100；李世平：西北农林科技大学经济管理学院博士生导师、教授，陕西 杨凌 712100） 摘 要：自杨凌示范区成立以来，经济水平、人口、居民生活方式、水土资源需求量等发生了巨大的变化，进而导致示范区土地利用的广度、深度、强度、速度发生了深刻的变化。因而研究示范区土地利用变化具有一定的实际意义。 本文以示范区1997-2005年土地利用现状年度变更调查数据为基础，运用土地利用变化动态模型，对1997-2005年间土地利用数量变化，土地利用变化速度，土地利用程度的变化进行了分析，找出了这9年间示范区土地利用变化的特点及存在的问题，并定性分析了示范区土地利用变化的影响因素。运用灰色系统预测模型和指数平滑法对今后几年示范区土地利用变化趋势进行了预测和分析。在上述基础上，结合示范区实际，提出了示范区土地优化利用的一些对策和建议。 关键字：土地利用变化；土地利用变化动态模型；灰色系统预测模型；指数平滑法 The analysis of land use dynamic change In Yangling Demonstration Zone Author: Liuying Instructor: Li shiping Abstract: Since Yang ling Demonstration Zone be established, the economical level, the population, the life style of inhabitants, the demand for water and soil resources, and so on have had the huge change which make breadth, depth, intensity, speed of land use of Yang ling Demonstration Zone have the profound change. So studies the Demonstration Zone land use change have certain practical significance. The article takes 1997-2005 land use current situation yearly change investigation data of the Demonstration Zone as the foundation, use the dynamic model of land use change to analyze the quantity change of land use, the speed change of land use, the degree change of land use between 1997 and 2005.And find the changing characteristic and existing problem during this 9 years. Then qualitative analysis’s the influence factor of land use change. Using the predict model of gray system and the index Stepless Method predict and analyze the variation tendency in following several years of the Demonstration Zone land use. Basing on above foundation then linking to the Demonstration Zone reality, the author proposes some countermeasures and suggestion on land use of the Demonstration Zone in the future.
