浅析我国施工现场质量管理 专 业： 学 号： 学 生： 指导教师： 摘要：我国建设工程质量管理方法较西方先进国家相比起步晚，法律法规初见规模，建筑市场不规范，经营机制尚未完善，建筑队伍素质低，造成工程质量差，《中华人民共和国建筑法》和工程质量管理方面的法规没有得到全面普及，有关规定没有得到全面的贯彻落实。本文通过分析施工管理与质量管理的现状，肯定现代质量管理体系的重要性以及价值所在，与此同时指出发展过程中存在的诸多问题以及对策，找出控制施工过程质量的重要环节，使工程质量做到防患于未然，控制工程质量达到预期的目标，并促进工程质量不断提高，降低工程成本,保证工程的适用性和建设项目的投资效果和人民群众生命财产的安全。 关键词：建筑工程质量；监督；管理方法 Research for the quality of the construction management in China Specialty： Student Number： Student： Supervisor： Abstract:The existence of construction project quality problems brings the development of construction industry to a halt, and the quality of construction can not be ignored, we should focus on the quality of construction project in strict accordance with the construction quality acceptance of the relevant provisions, and ensure that the construction industry in China development to the healthy direction.
