浅析现代金融中的经济泡沫成因及防范措施 Analysis of the causes of the bubble economy in modern financial and preventive measures 摘要：社会经济体制的现代化发展进程在逐渐加快，加之国内金融市场的渐趋稳定，金融经济在市场环境中逐渐成为一支促进国家繁荣与居民生活水平提高的有生力量，发挥着独特的功效和价值。现代金融经济的发展为市场直接带来的影响便是经济泡沫的出现。所谓经济泡沫指的是由于局部的投机需求使资产的市场价格脱离资产内在价值的部分。它实质是与经济基础条件相背离的资产价格膨胀。由于经济泡沫是区域金融体制下滋生的产物，因此在不同的国家范围之内，经济泡沫所产生的具体原因与自身的表现方式也呈现出多样性的特点。国内金融经济中的泡沫更具备了中国化的因素与特征，并对国家经济的发展起到着双重性的影响和决定作用。本文便立足于国内金融机制下的经济泡沫，以之为具体的研究对象和案例，通过对其形成原因和存在形式的具体分析，从未总结出针对经济泡沫问题的解决对策，为国家经济的发展与振兴清除障碍。 关键词：现代金融经济；经济泡沫；监管力度；研究现状 Abstract: The process of the modernization development of social economy system is gradually accelerated, combined with the domestic financial market stabilises, financial and economic environment in the market has gradually become a promote national prosperity and residents living standards improve effectives, play a unique effect and value.
