People around the world laugh. Laughter is a part of human nature, and for something so truly unique to humans. 1.Laughing makes we feel good 5.Laughing makes us look young 7.Laughing decreases stress 9.Laughing changes our perspective Enjoy your life, laugh more and have a 2. Tears Kill Bacteria 4. Crying Lowers Stress * * Why do we laugh? Happy? for fun ? good for health ? humorous ? But If we were upset about something and someone makes us laugh. we will forget for a moment what we were upset about. 2.Laughing can boost our immune system by increasing our T-cells, these are the body helper cells which help to fight off free radicals in the body 3.Laughing can increase energy level Laughter is a natural energy pick-up, it increases our intake of oxygen, and releases our body from toxins. 4.Laughing can protect our hearts According to a research carried out by heart specialists, “15 minutes of laughter a day is as important for people’s hearts as 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week!”? While we laugh, we use 15 muscles to squeeze facial muscles in to a smile. This raises the blood flow around our face and makes us look younger. 6.Laughing can relieve pain Laughter distract us from aches and releases feel good endorphins into our body that are more powerful than the same amount of morphine. It decreases the level of stress hormones, makes our blood pressure drop, slows down our heart rate and breathing, relieves the tension from our muscle. 6.Laughing can boost relationships Partners who have a shared sense of humor are more connected and have healthier relationship. Laughter can also help you find your future mate. After a good laugh we have a more lighthearted perspective of life. Plus, it’s always better to laugh at our mistakes than to lose sleep over them. 10.Laughing makes
