Visualization is the easiest (the fastest) way for humans to process information. In fact, sight’s capacity to absorb information dwarfs our other senses. Visual Management uses simple tools enable people to instantly see what is normal and what is not normal. A visually clean, neat, and organized factory will make a much stronger impression on a visitor than any amount on of presentations in a meeting room.
