江苏开放大学 建筑工程管理专业 毕业设计（论文） 题 目 广场建设工程项目可行性报告 学生姓名 学 号 指导教师 职 称 所在教学点 江苏连云港市广播电视大学 起讫日期 2015年5月10 日---2015年7月20日 摘 要 随着我国经济的不断发展,建筑行业的国民经济支柱地位越发显著,但作为项目前期工作的重要组成部分——项目可行性研究,它的发展却相对滞后。由于忽视项目可行性研究的重要性,导致盲目投资、土地抛荒、商品房积压等诸多工程问题,造成了项目资源的巨大浪费。项目可行性研究报告是决定项目投资与否的依据,通过计算、分析和论证,评价和比较各个方案的优劣,从而保证项目的技术可行性、经济合理性和可持续性,可以减少投资决策的盲目性,提高建筑企业的经济效益,保障房地产市场的健康发展和不断完善。研究对象,采用定性与定量分析、宏观和微观分析、理论与实际分析相结合的方法,在研究国内可行性研究发展的基础上,运用可行性研究的一般理论,分析了项目的市场条件和技术条件ABSTRACT With the continuous development of Chinas economy, the construction industry pillar of the national economy status is more and more apparent, but the preparatory work for the project as an important part of project feasibility study, its development is relatively lagging behind. Due to the neglect of the importance of project feasibility study, leading to blind investment, abandoned land, commercial housing backlog, so many engineering problems, resulting in a huge waste of the resources in the project. The feasibility study report of the project is the project investment and based on whether or not. By calculating, analysis and demonstration, the pros and cons of the evaluation and comparison of various schemes, so as to ensure project technical feasibility, economic rationality and sustainability, can reduce the blindness of the investment decision, improve the economic benefits of the construction enterprises, security of the real estate market healthy development and continuous improvement.
