Belonging to technical trade barrier, green barrier has become a crucial component of international trade policy. From the practical perspective, green barriers primarily include International and regional environmental conventions, discriminatory environmental regulations and standards, inspection and quarantine requirements, green packaging and labeling requirements, ISO14000 environmental management system and environmental signs such as voluntary measures, production and processing method and environmental internalization request etc. The simulative of emergence and development (1) Global environmental problems made the environmental protection became a common voice of the whole world.
