While the internal corporate governance in the order of the market economy gradually established today, has become one of the decisive factors of enterprise survival and development. As a typical representative of Chinese family enterprises, Guomei, the equity dispute (Wong Kwong Yu, on suspicion of economic crimes from the Guomei board in order to avoid the loss of control rights and occupation manager Chen Xiao launched fierce competition of equity) many defects and problems highlighted by the Chinese family Enterprise in governance, this article embarks from the modern enterprise system, the design of internal power balance, the occupation managers motivation and enterprise operation strategy mechanism, in order to achieve a healthy development of family enterprises.
