150例语言发育迟缓儿童的智能发育分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨语言发育迟缓儿童的智能发育。 方法 本次研究对象共包括150例语言发育迟缓儿童，按照语言发育的缺陷程度分为3组，其中轻度缺陷78例，中度缺陷59例，重度缺陷13例。 结果 轻度缺陷、中度缺陷、重度缺陷组患儿的语言、适应行为、个人社交得分均依次降低，3组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。语言发育水平与适应行为、精细动作及个人社交发育水平呈明显正相关性（P0.05）。轻度缺陷、中度缺陷及重度缺陷组的适应行为、个人社交低下的发生率呈依次升高趋势，3组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 在对智能发育水平进行评估的同时，应将适应行为、精细运动及个人社交方面的训练加入语言发育迟缓儿童语言训练中。 　　[关键词] 语言发育迟缓；智能发育；儿童 　　[中图分类号] R339.3+5[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（a）-0183-03 　　 　　Intellectual development analysis of delayed language development in 150 children 　　XU Zhi-bing 　　Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Yunfu City in Guangdong Province,Yunfu 527300,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the intellectual development of delayed language development children. Methods The study included 150 children of delayed language development,who were divided into three groups in accordance with the extent of language development defect,78 cases of mild defects,59 cases of moderate defects,13 cases of severe defects. Results The language,adaptive behavior and personal social scores reduced in turn in the mild defects,moderate defects,severe defects group,there were statistically significant difference (P0.05).Language development and adaptive behavior,fine motor and personal social development levels had significantly positive correlation (P0.05).The incidence of adaptive behavior and low personal social in the mild defects,moderate defects,severe defects group increased in turn,there were statistically significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion On the assessment of the level of intellectual development,adaptive behavior,fine motor and personal social training should be joined the language training of delayed language development children. 　　[Key words] Delayed language development; Intellectual development;Children 　　语言发育迟缓是指各种原因导致的儿童口头表达能力及语言理解能力与同年龄段性别相同儿童所应达到的标准比较明显落后，是一种儿童常见的语言障碍[1]。语言发育迟缓不仅会对儿童的语言理解及语言表达能力造成严重影响，且其社会适应能力、认知能力、交际能力及其他行为的发展也会受到一定程度的影响[2]。随着生活质量的提高，人们的保健意识也越来越强，因此越来越重视儿童的心理行为及发育疾病[3]，本研究对150例
